Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect in the product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color variations due to screen or lighting differences
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Customized or specially ordered products

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Replacement Policy

If a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is received, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, subject to availability, or
  • A full refund if a replacement is not available.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
