No Return Policy: All purchases made on STTITCH are final and cannot be returned once delivered.
3-Day Exchange Policy: If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or face a genuine issue with your order, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Exchange requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and clear photos or an unboxing video of the product. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
