Return & Refund Policy – Unstitched Fabric Products
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Requests for return must be made within 3–5 days of receiving the product.
- The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences and are not considered defects.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Cases
- Products that have been cut, stitched, washed, or altered in any way.
